"keep Walking ...but you won't knock down our wall ......"

Yes spring is springing rather slow in vermont as it tends to do, I think we are on the start of a serious warm up. I'm not saying it won't snow again ....... or that we are done with winter weather, after all, this IS New England. :D So, we have 30 dregee mornings lately, and near 50s a couple times on sunny days, and you what all that means? No more excuses to not get out and WALK. I'm not talking a stroll in the park here, im talking about a mean, "gotta walk off theses hips" work out type walk. The kid we get up before 5am to start. The kinds we do three times a week rain, snow or headaches!
So yeah, im gonna be hurtin' for a couple days, but it's a good hurt o.-

Oh and here are my kids this morning. Grant has declared
"I'm stying in my pajamas ALLLLL daaaaaaay!"

and Samantha once again proves that "Monster's Inc." was written with my offspring in mind. :)

Update

Well, life got crazy for everyone. Updating a hair blog didn’t seem very important, but as we stand and look forward at what is sure to be an even more bizarre year end, I find the need to be thinking about something frivolous and fun. Thankfully it was quickly fixed with antibiotics  I am trying to grow out my grey and embrace the “sparkle” but, it’s hard without a good colorist, or cut, so I made it through the shut down with manic panic ultra violet. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 4th of July, didn’t go anywhere of ...

Why my phone is part of my life......

Yup, I admit it, I am one of those. One of those people who cannot put down my phone. I am one who needs to be told "it's not phone time now" or "we are doing real time here, face to face, no phone" I used to deny it, (sometimes I still do) I used to feel bad about it, (sometimes I still do), but you know what? Deep down, the real me, the rational me, says, 'Yup, thats me, and that's ok!" You want to know why? I am an introvert, through and through. I have anxiety and battle depression. It's part of who I am and knit into me, and I will be dealing with it my entire life. The Deal here is, find ways to live a meaningful life around all that. This is where my phone comes into play. I am not ant-social, I love hanging with my BFFs as much as the next guy, but I don't have that many really, I don't have a need to gather a whole gaggle of besties to surround me at all times, I like to have a few solids, that I can go to, no matter what...
